Prepare the Package

Carefully place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels remain attached and intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
